DELIVERIES WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM

We dispatch all completed orders received before 5pm the same day (Mon - Fri) and expect orders to be delivered the next working day*. 

*For orders with Royal Mail delivery chosen at checkout, we cannot guarantee the timescales advertised once this has been passed to the courier.

Please be advised DPD next working day service is only applicable to business days (Mon - Fri). Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday. DPD next working day service will require signature upon delivery.

You will receive an email with your tracking link once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Completed orders placed on Saturday before 11am with Royal Mail delivery services will be dispatched the same day.

Completed orders placed on Saturday before 2pm with DPD delivery services will be dispatched the same day.

All other orders placed after 2pm on Saturday or on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Saturday & Sunday delivery services are available.

DELIVERY OPTIONS & CHARGES 

Our delivery charges start at £2.34 but may be higher dependent on service chosen and/or the weight/value of your order.

Available services may be affected by the order’s value, estimated weight and country/post code (see below).

The displayed options are those the system calculates as most applicable, these services may be changed during dispatch of the order to the next nearest option if the selected option is not applicable.

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery service selected*.

*During busy periods delivery times may take a little longer, we will work hard to keep delays to a minimum.

UK OFFSHORE & HIGHLANDS DELIVERY

The number of services available will be affected by deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and all offshore islands. An additional service will also be available as detailed below.

Delivery time will vary widely from country to county, once your order has arrived in your country; it will be passed on to the internal postal service. We expect most orders to be delivered within 2 - 7 working days.

We do not deliver outside of Europe, for more information please contact our customer service on 0800 488 0288.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your order to us in a resalable condition within 14 days of purchase*.

Returns must be securely packaged and arrive safely to our warehouse in a resalable condition.

We aim to provide a hassle-free way to return your purchase, please follow the steps in my account > my order history or contact our customer service on 0800 488 0288.

You will be contacted as soon as we receive your returned order and we will work as quickly as possible to issue a refund to the original method of payment. We try to issue refunds on the day of receiving your order, although sometimes it may take between 3- 5 working days. Please note, we do not offer refunds on postal charges.

On the unlikely chance you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us on 0800 488 0288 and we will send out a replacement. We will refund the postage and packaging charges you have paid to receive and return faulty or damaged products. Please send us a copy of your postage receipt.

Returned magnets may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, so a refund will only be 75% of the original price paid.

We do not accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit so please keep your proof of postage. 

 *Please note - printed magnets and magnetic secondary glazing kits are custom made and therefore cannot be returned.*

CAN I CHANGE OR ADD TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Due to processing times and multiple courier collections throughout the day, you have a 30 minute window from when your order has been placed to request changes or add more products. Any additional products required after this must be placed as a separate order. To add to you order, ensure you contact our team within the 30 minute window.

IMPORTANT NOTE - STRONG MAGNETS

We package strong magnets in a way that a large gap is created between the magnet and any ferrous material which may be encountered on the parcels journey.

We strongly recommend reusing the original packaging for returns, to protect the product itself and anything around it.

We also recommend that you send the item back using a traceable service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

If a magnet is insufficiently packaged, it may attract to ferrous materials and be removed from its packaging; potentially causing delays in delivery.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

A package may be undelivered due to several reasons:

The address provided may be incorrect - please double-check the details when placing your order.

Several failed delivery attempts - our couriers will usually make more than one attempt to deliver your package, after that the package will be sent to your local depot. You will be notified by the courier of the location.

Local depot - if after several days you have not picked up your package or notified your local depot, your package will be sent back to us.

Damaged in transit - our couriers will not attempt to deliver a damaged package, it will be sent right back to us. We will notify you and send out a replacement immediately.

We will attempt to contact you if we receive your package as undelivered, if we are unable to reach you, we will process a refund (excluding delivery charges).
