The team at Magnet Expert are today celebrating the rise in their Trustpilot review score, which has grown from 9.7 to 9.8 out of 10.
On Friday 13th, a date notoriously unlucky for some, the Customer Care Team welcomed the news regarding the company’s Trustpilot score, which is credit to the team’s continued commitment to providing high performance magnets and outstanding levels of customer service.
Matthew Ellis, Managing Director of Ltd, spoke on the achievement:

In March 2017, Magnet Expert celebrated reaching 10,000 Trustpilot reviews with a score of 9.7 out of 10. Increasing the average score to 9.8 was a long-term aim of the business because increasing the average score of so many reviews is an incredibly difficult achievement. However, our commitment to unparalleled levels of customer service has driven the business to this feat.
As a result of the Trustpilot score increasing to 9.8 out of 10, Magnet Expert have seen their rankings grow in Trustpilot’s trade league tables. The business is now 10th out of 915 in the Craftsmen category, 4th out of 130 for Tools and 7th out of 640 for Other, boasting more reviews than any other business in the top 10 of each category.
The company is now focused on reaching 9.9 out of 10 with unbeatable customer service.
