Customers can now place orders over the phone or on the website before 4.30pm Monday to Friday with the guarantee of same day dispatch; rather than the previous 4.00pm cut off. The dedicated team of Warehouse Operatives will ensure all orders placed before 4.30pm are dispatched the same day and are sent on their way. Despite being able to order later in the day, any orders placed with next day delivery will be with you the next working day thanks to the enhanced service.
In addition to this, Magnet Expert’s Customer Care Team will be available for an additional hour every day with extended operating times from Monday to Friday. Customers can now call or email Magnet Expert between 8.00am and 5.30pm where a member of the team will be on hand to support you with your query, order or concern. They will continue to be available on 0845 519 4701 or sales@magnetexpert.com with the extended operating times.
