We are delighted to be able to say we are now accredited as a Living Wage Employer! The Living Wage is a voluntary scheme designed to provide employees with a wage that is calculated to the cost of living, which differs to the Government’s minimum wage which is based on median earnings.
Team morale is extremely important, and ensuring that our team feel valued for the work they do and creating a working environment in which our team know they are making a real impact, is paramount to the success of the business and our team. Joining the Living Wage Foundation will make a real difference to our team; we believe in our people and we believe they should be paid fairly as part of this.
