A message from FIRST4MAGNETS® regarding COVID-19:
Firstly, we hope all our customers are safe and well given the current situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is at times like this that we all appreciate even more the dedication and service of those on the frontline, our company has already offered our services to support our National Health Service and we will continue to do so.
Our business has actively taken steps to ensure our team remains safe during these challenging times by ensuring our colleagues that can work remotely are doing so, and ensuring we maintain social distancing on-site. Additionally, we have also put in place enhanced hygiene measures in our contact, production and fulfilment centres.
As a magnetic and magnetic assemblies’ supplier, we are aware that our products are used in the medical sector, as well as offering temporary screening solutions to essential retail stores which require social distancing solutions and therefore, we know that staying operational and ensuring continuity for all of our customers is vital.
We want to reassure our customers that we have a robust operation with a committed team who are ensuring as far as possible, there is no impact on our ability to supply you and we maintain our high levels of service that our customers will be used to. Additionally, our sales, customer care and technical teams are still well placed to answer any queries you may have regarding your order, or for any general enquiries or technical advice.
Whilst we remain open and fully operational, there has been a temporary change in the operating times of our phone lines, and as such, our phone lines will now be open from 9am until 5.30pm (Monday to Friday). This will not impact our dispatch times and we will be packing and dispatching orders as normal.
