Magnet Expert Ltd welcomes its latest addition to the team, with Lawrance Allen joining us as Head of Operations.
Lawrance, who has accumulated over 12 years of experience within the operations field, will oversee the physical operations at Magnet Expert. Having previously worked in operations at two of the largest retailers in the world, and experience ranging from Retail Store Management to Parcel Logistics, the operational side of our business is in experienced hands.
Speaking of the appointment, managing director Matthew Ellis expressed his excitement “Lawrance is an experienced operational leader who joins the Magnet Expert family at an exciting time where we are gearing for our next phase of growth with ambitious plans. Lawrance has demonstrated synergy with my own ethos on leadership and his background in distribution and retail is well suited to take our operational process to the next level, allowing for an improvement on our already exceptional service to customers”.
Since joining our team, Lawrance has been fully immersed in our customer centric culture and current operational processes. Lawrance has already begun implementing positive changes, to what was an already seamless operation, focused on efficient best practices for the team, as well as considering consistency of service to our customers.

Lawrance joins the Magnet Expert Ltd team and will be responsible for the day to day running of the physical operations, looking for ways to continuously develop operational working for the future.
