We are delighted to confirm that Ellis Mather presents Newark Festival will go ahead this summer and will take place on Saturday 21 August 2021, with favourites McFly joined by special guests Gabrielle, Vernon Kay and Lemar!
Following a difficult 2020 which meant restrictions prevented events from going ahead, organisers have been working to ensure Ellis Mather Presents Newark Festival will go ahead in 2021. The community has always been at the heart of the festival, uniting friends and family, and ensuring this is done in a fun and safe environment. Changes to the line-up, due to availability and to the date of the festival have been made, with an expanded line up and the festival now taking place on one day for this year, Saturday 21 August 2021.
Our Managing Director, Matthew Ellis-Mather, expressed his delight “We are beyond ecstatic to be returning this year, bringing the local community together for another amazing and memorable festival after what has been a challenging time for so many. With our fantastic lineup, we know everyone is going to have a blast and we’re excited to see everyone back enjoying music in the best way –live!”
Tickets purchased for the 2020 festival (either the Friday or the Saturday) remain current for this year’s event, and all you need to do is show up and your ticket will still be valid. In addition, anyone who has purchased a ticket already, as a thank you for your loyalty, you are invited to purchase a second ticket at half price for a limited time!
